CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that things can come up, but I kindly ask that you respect my time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a $75 cancellation fee. For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, 50% of the booked service will be charged, and a deposit will be required for future appointments. If you're running late, please let me know. Arriving 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and you’ll need to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.
